The CURD Plan stands for the Crimea-Ukraine-Russia-Donbas peace plan. It has two propositions. Proposition 1 is for Ukraine to regain sovereignty of Crimea before selling it to Russia. Proposition 2 is for Ukraine to regain sovereignty of the Donbas and other contested territories, and for Russia to maintain sovereignty over the separatist people.
