Dear [RECIPIENT], Following [recent discussions on potential resolutions to the Russo-Ukrainian War / your article], I urge you to consider the CURD Plan (Crimea-Ukraine-Russia-Donbas Plan), a comprehensive proposal that offers a double-victory peace scenario. The CURD Plan can achieve a resolution to the Russo-Ukrainian War because it allows both Ukraine and Russia to declare their own victory. Please [share the CURD Plan with your Russian and Ukrainian contacts / mention it in your podcast]. The CURD Plan has two Propositions: The Crimean Proposition: Ukraine regains sovereignty over Crimea and transfers it to Russia through a non-monetary transaction. The Occupied Territories Proposition: Ukraine regains territorial sovereignty, while Russia retains sovereignty over the separatist population. These individuals could remain in Ukraine with a protected "native residency" status. The CURD Plan contains 18 Points. The first 4 Points codify the above Propositions. The remaining 14 Points outline specific concessions and agreements between Ukraine and Russia to facilitate the non-monetary transaction and establish a lasting peace. The CURD Plan website (curdplan.docngu.net) provides more information, including a synopsis and summary of each Point. However, these cursory renderings do not do justice to the deep-thought rationale behind every Point. The book about the CURD Plan will be released mid-year. In the meantime, upon request, I will be happy to send you an invitation to access the pre-published manuscript on Google Drive. My name is Doc Ngu, and I write about novel solutions to the world's intractable conflicts. I have published a book about the PEIS Plan, a three-state-triple-win proposal for the Israel-Palestinian Conflict. The CURD Plan offers a unique framework that addresses the core demands of both warring parties and allows them to end the war with a common peace plan but two separate dignified victories. Thank you for your time and consideration.
