Dear <RECIPIENT>,
Following <TOPIC>, I want to share the CURD Plan (Crimea-Ukraine-Russia-Donbas Plan), a novel and comprehensive peace plan for the Russo-Ukrainian War. The corresponding 650-page CURD Book is currently under review for May publication.

The CURD Plan aims for a resolution where both Ukraine and Russia can declare victory, built on two key Propositions:

Crimea: Ukraine regains sovereignty but willingly sells it to Russia through a non-monetary transaction.

Occupied Territories: Ukraine regains sovereignty of the land, while Russia retains sovereignty of the separatist people, who can remain in Ukraine with a protected "native residency" status.

The CURD Plan contains 18 Points. The first 4 Points codify the above Propositions. Ukraine and Russia will settle the non-monetary transaction via the remaining 14 Concessional Points.
